1. Q: When can I receive my item after made payment?                                                                                 

  A:Normally, we will send it by China post for the value below $150, and it takes about 20-35 days arrive.

If your total value is over $150, we will send by EMS or DHL free which takes about 4-13 days arrive.

2.Q:I still have not received the item after 30 days, what should I do?

 A:International shipping need more time, pls wait for a few days until the 45th,

3.Q:What I received is different from picture, what's happen?

A:The picture show only some of our samples, and our styles update weekly, we can't send you exactly the

same as picture show. We can only send you similar styles.

4.Q:What's your rings size? the women here is big, do you have big size?

A:Mostly,our ring size is 16-20, equal to US size 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9 and our stainless steel rings is mostly 17-

21mm, we can send you relatively bigger size, like 18,19,20,but can't sent you all size 20.

5.Q:I received the item in broken, what should I do?

A:Every item before shipping is well inspected, though we packed well, it still can't be avoid because of rough

handling by shipping worker. In this case, pls contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken, please

email me what you prefer: refund you relative money or resend to you.
